Job Description

: Consider this opportunity if you enjoy working in a small team orientated atmosphere where you are treated as a person and not a number. We are seeking an Regional Sales Representative who is able to combine technical aptitude with sales skills to grow our product line and services! If you have a technical background, not necessary to have an Engineering Degree and is hungry to make strong commissions while help solving customer issues, then please apply!

Responsibilities

will include but not limited to: Meeting clients in a set US Territory, asking technical questions to identify challenges, closing deals and maintaining customer relationships for future opportunities! Please note, emailing customers is not enough, you must be able to speak well on the phone and be prepared to make cold calls to grow your set territory. With that, you must have confidence (not cockiness), persuasion and negotiation skills, must be able to measure with a tape and calipers and learn time management. The selected candidate must report to the office, M-F; hours 8:30am - 5pm when they are not traveling. Once trained, the Regional Sales Representative is expected to travel 50% in their set territory. Commission structure is paid quarterly based on items sold with total compensation to exceed $120,000 based on work ethic and closure rate.
