Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Concrete Sales & Service Advisor, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth in the concrete industry. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our concrete supply solutions, providing expert advice, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Your proactive approach and construction knowledge will help clients navigate their projects confidently while supporting our company's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their concrete needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and construction firms to generate repeat business.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using construction estimating tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of concrete materials and related services on construction sites.
• Assist clients with project management tasks, including cost control, scheduling, and contract compliance.
• Utilize construction site experience to advise on best practices, safety standards, and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating, project management, or sales within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete products, pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and dispatch/logistics software is preferred
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• High level of professionalism at all times with our customer base.
