Responsibilities

: 1. Obtain new Mobile Home sales listings. COLD KNOCKING 2. List mobile homes for sale on the MLS 3. Respond promptly to phone, email and text communications with current and prospective customers 4. MUST have good phone and computer skills 5. Must have good negotiation skills 6. Generate new listings and follow-up on sales leads from various sources 7. Set and manage appointments with customers and potential buyers 8. Good organization for paperwork. Additional Details and
