Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively.
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the shopping experience. Skills
• Bilingual proficiency is important, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience with cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales analysis.
• Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
