We're looking for a Director of Business Development for a National Software Company to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with businesses.

What You'll Do

:

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and text messaging.
• Prospect and qualify potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for our sales team.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients. What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
