Responsibilities
- As the Director of Sales, your role includes leading all community sales efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals through relationship-building, outreach, and strategic engagement
- You'll connect with prospective residents and families, develop referral networks, and collaborate with the leadership team to deliver an exceptional, resident-centered sales experience while driving business growth
- Schedule: Core schedule is Sunday through Thursday to ensure weekend coverage Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
