Overview

As an Entry-Level Retail Sales Trainee , you'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales strategy. This entry- level position is ideal for someone looking to build confidence in communication, learn valuable business skills, and grow into a leadership role over time.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a retail environment with a friendly manner
• Learn about and promote new products, promotions, and wireless or internet services
• Support daily sales operations and maintain displays
• Help customers find the best product or service for their needs
• Set and achieve individual and team goals
