• Assist in implementing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and manage sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Utilize sales management systems to track performance metrics, generate reports, and analyze sales data.
• Provide leadership during client meetings, presentations and closing sales
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing sales environment. Skills
• Proven experience in inside sales, business development management.
• Strong management capabilities with experience managing sales strategy or development teams.
• Proficiency in POS systems and other sales management tools.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
• Analytical skills with the ability to utilize sales analytics & reporting tools for data-driven decision making.
• Effective communication skills for engaging clients at all levels and collaborating across departments.
• Leadership qualities that inspire team development, motivate performance, and drive results.
