We are a premier, fully equipped commercial tree service provider looking to aggressively expand our commercial portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Business Development Manager who is ready to hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level training position. We are specifically looking for an industry professional who already has active, established relationships with property managers, HOAs, municipalities, commercial developers, and facility managers. If you have a proven track record of securing high-ticket commercial tree care contracts and want to be backed by a top-tier crew and fleet, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Leverage Existing Contacts: Immediately introduce our high-quality services to your established network of commercial clients. Drive New Business: Identify, bid on, and secure new commercial tree care contracts (HOAs, corporate parks, retail centers, municipal contracts). Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring scope of work is understood and executed perfectly. Estimate & Bid: Perform site walk-throughs, estimate job costs accurately, and present professional proposals. Collaborate: Work closely with our Operations Manager and production crews to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed to the client's exact standards. This is a 100% commission-based position where you are paid directly for what you sell. We offer an aggressive, high percentage cuts straight from every single project you bring in and close. If you have an active book of business and the confidence to land commercial accounts, this structure gives you completely uncapped earning potentialthe bigger the contract, the bigger your payout. Pay: From $1,000,000.00 per hour
