Outside Sales Kansas City Metro Full-Time | In-Field | 100% Commission We're seeking a driven outside sales professional who delivers real solutions for customers and earns exceptional income doing it. What You'll Do

• Execute sales presentations using proven procedures
• Prepare proposals and price jobs according to company standards
• Assist customers in achieving healthy, comfortable, energy-efficient environments
• Communicate project details clearly to internal teams and technicians
• Ensure proper documentation, scheduling, and use of company technology (e.g., ServiceTitan)
• Follow up with sold jobs to answer questions, ensure quality, and request referrals
• Participate in weekly sales and training meetings
• Be available for rotating on-call shifts, evenings, and weekends as needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years outside sales experience
• Familiarity with Nexstar sales system a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using iPads, scheduling software, and CRM tools
• Motivated, accountable, and customer-first mindset
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around in residential environments
