Outside Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

About Us

Rewster's Snacks n' Things is one of Southwest Florida's fastest-growing vending machine companies. We provide modern vending solutions featuring cashless payment systems, healthy snack options, beverages, and convenience products to businesses throughout Naples, Fort Myers, and the surrounding areas. We're looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to help us secure new vending machine locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and earning uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

- Prospect and identify businesses that would benefit from vending services - Conduct cold calls, cold visits, and networking outreach - Meet with business owners, office managers, property managers, and decision-makers - Present our vending solutions and explain the benefits to prospective clients - Build and maintain a pipeline of potential locations - Follow up with leads and nurture relationships until placement is secured - Coordinate with management during the onboarding and installation process - Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities What We're Looking For - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset - Comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Professional appearance and demeanor - Reliable transportation - Sales experience preferred but not required

Compensation
