Full description of the position

Boost Mobile in Alsip is hiring a full-time English and Spanish-speaking wireless sales representative. You will help customers activate phones, switch carriers, upgrade devices, take payments, sell accessories, explain promotions, and provide basic phone support. Spanish is required because many customers need Spanish-speaking help. Wireless sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person if they are reliable, coachable, and comfortable talking to customers. Pay: $120/day base pay, plus commission, depending on schedule and in compliance with applicable wage and overtime laws. Commission includes accessory sales, resets, upgrades, new activations, port- ins, add-a-lines, app installs, and qualifying repairs. Strong sales reps can earn more through commission. Training: Training is paid after hire in compliance with applicable wage laws. Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Days may vary based on store needs.

Requirements

:

• Must speak Spanish conversationally
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Wireless sales experience strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to travel to and work at any of our five store locations when needed
• Comfortable talking to customers and selling
• Punctual, coachable, and professional
