Summary: AS THE MANAGER, SALES, you'll be responsible for direct day-to-day support of sales team within PHH system and in-direct with MarCom as needed. You will assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage accordingly. You will provide sales training throughout the fiscal year to support growth in the sales team and offer training for service lines as requested. You will develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs for key areas of PHH growth. You will provide reports to leadership to communicate sales success and oppotunities in the market. Other information: QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field -OR- Associate's degree plus five years experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical relevant sales field required 5+ years experience in direct person to person sales preferred 3+ years experience in sales leadership position preferred Familiarity with CRM/PRM software preferred Must possess a valid PA drivers license WHAT WE OFFER:
