Job Summary

Join Our Team Automotive Service-to-Sales Representative (Upgrade Specialist) Turn Service Customers into Happy Vehicle Owners! Do you enjoy helping people and building relationships? We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused Service-to-Sales Representative to work with customers who are already visiting our dealership for service. Your job is to identify opportunities for customers to upgrade into a newer vehicle while making the process simple, transparent, and rewarding.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers visiting our service department.
• Review customers' current vehicle value and equity position.
• Present upgrade opportunities that fit the customer's needs and budget.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to complete vehicle purchases.
• Follow up with service customers through phone, text, and email.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus but not required).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and mobile technology.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. What We Offer
