Build relationships. Grow your territory. Help keep trucks on the road. Vander Haag's is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you'll manage an established customer base while developing new business opportunities throughout the Indianapolis market. What You'll Do

: Develop and maintain relationships with a designated group of repair shops and fleets in the Indianapolis area. Maintain sales growth with designated customers through regular communication, follow-up, and proactive sales efforts. Actively prospect and generate new business within assigned territory. Conduct regular in-person customer visits and follow-ups. Promote Vander Haag's full product offering (new, used, rebuilt parts). Identify customer needs and recommend cost-effective solutions. Prepare and follow up on quotes to close sales opportunities. Collaborate with inside sales and parts teams to ensure excellent customer service. Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system. Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends. What We're Looking For: Prior experience in the trucking or heavy equipment construction industry is preferred, but not required. Current, valid driver's license (required). Successfully passing a pre-employment MVR records check for insurance purposes. Schedule &

Compensation

: Full-time, day shift position: Monday through Friday Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000, with higher earning potential for top performers as they grow their territory.
