Join our dynamic outside sales team!! We are seeking a dedicated individual to represent our premium cannabis brand.

Responsibilities

: - Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize account retention - Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay up-to- date with industry trends - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, resolve customer issues, and ensure smooth sales process

Qualifications

: - Proven experience in business development, market analysis, or cannabis sales - Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment - Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to problem- solving - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth - Previous experience in outside sales is highly desirable -Starting salary will be $35,000 plus commission. - Valid Oklahoma Drivers license required.
