Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Merchandiser / Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is responsible for visiting retail stores throughout Florida's West Coast to maximize product visibility, strengthen relationships with store management, and increase sales of our product lines. A company vehicle is provided for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores on a scheduled route throughout the West Coast of Florida.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, department managers, and associates.
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, organized, and presented according to company standards.
• Promote existing products while introducing and selling new product lines.
• Secure additional shelf space, end caps, and promotional displays whenever possible.
• Work with store management to improve product placement and expand planogram opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when needed.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend strategies to increase product performance.
• Execute merchandising programs and promotional campaigns.
• Report store visits, sales activities, competitive information, and merchandising opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally and serve as the face of our brand in the field.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail, outside sales, or account management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Organized with strong time-management skills.
• Comfortable driving throughout the assigned territory.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform merchandising tasks, including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and smartphone applications. What We Offer
