Responsibilities

:

• Initiate sales through in-person connections, sharing product knowledge and information on new telecommunications services in their local region
• Directly represent Verizon as a Verizon Sales Associate, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and engaging customer service experience
• Provide detailed product/service information and answer inquiries throughout the sales process
• Adhere to Verizon Sales Associate protocol, including sales and service guidelines provided to us by the client
• Act as the face of the company, ensuring each in-person interaction reflects our values and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Communicate customer feedback, report insights, and help refine sales strategies for continuous improvement of service interactions
• Remain knowledgeable of the industry and new client requirements through meetings with management, client speakers, and the Verizon Sales Associate team
• Protect customer confidentiality and learn the systems in place to properly connect customers with client representatives if they are in need of assistance Verizon Sales Associate
