Job Summary

BF Suma manufacturers and sells dietary supplements, functional beverages and skincare products. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing and expanding customer relationships, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment. This role involves cold calling, proactive outreach, relationship management and collaboration with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Engage with existing and prospective customers to assess their needs, provide product recommendations and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the health product sector.
• Schedule follow up calls with qualified leads to advance the sales process.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Develop a strong understanding of BF Suma's products and machine capabilities
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing, including preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and ensuring smooth delivery to customer service and operations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Applicants with extensive experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar position are preferred, particularly in the healthcare products industry. (Candidates without relevant experience will also be considered.)
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
