Hello! We are hiring for a new Assistant Manager position at our new Imperial Beach location. Please read through this entire job post before applying as we take every applicant seriously. Who We Are: Sundance Custom Golf Carts is first and foremost a family owned & operated business. Founded by Mike Matheny in 2010, we have been building golf carts before it was cool. At Sundance we pride ourselves in proving great customer service, exceptional products, and creating a great place for work. What We Do: At Sundance, we specialize in customizing, refurbishing, repairing, renting, and selling GOLF CARTS! We have 3 separate locations, one for our manufacturing, one rental location, and one location in Imperial Beach for Sales Job

Responsibilities

: Your responsibilities will revolve around golf cart sales & rentals. Your role is to capture the lead once they walk thru the door (or via email, call, website) and follow the lead thru completion to close the deal. We do NOT have a pushy sales approach but rather lead by being extremely knowledgable in our product & value. There is no cold calling/emailing/etc. involved. Some day to day task include:

• Contacting inquiries/leads
• Calling/emailing/following up with potential customers
• Cleaning carts in showroom
• Interacting with customers/walk ins
• Sending quotes for custom carts
• Opening and Closing store
• Managing other sales associates
• Filling in at other locations if needed You must be able to think quick on your feet and go with the flow - options/prices/carts change often so you must be flexible!

Work Environment

: We are a small team & as of right now, there is only one person needed to run our new Imperial Beach Showroom. You must be great at working alone & handling customers and interactions by yourself. The work load is never too much to handle. However we do have team meetings in person and over the phone often. Although you may be working alone most days, you will have direct communication with other sales reps in other locations every day. Work Schedule: Your work schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-6pm.

Requirements

:

• Valid Drivers License required
• Sales experience required (or must have the right personality for it)
• Must be able to pass a live scan background test Physical
