We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team! Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, offering knowledgeable advice on features and benefits
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and financial software, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Manage cash management responsibilities such as balancing registers, handling cash, and performing basic math calculations for transactions
• Support retail sales efforts by promoting ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and new product launches
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure shelves are stocked with accurate pricing information
• Perform loan processing or special order requests when applicable, ensuring proper documentation and customer follow-up
• Answering phone calls & sending company emails

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency to ensure accurate transactions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• A positive attitude with a proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
