OFFICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Office Sales Representative (Inbound & Account Growth) Pay: Hourly + Commission

Overview

Peak Pest Control is looking for a confident, customer-focused Office Inside Sales Representative to join our in-house sales team. This role is primarily inbound and account-based you'll be helping customers who are already interested in service and guiding them toward the right solutions. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and earning more through performance (without cold calling or door-to-door sales), this is a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound sales calls from customers looking to start pest control or lawn services.
• Educate customers on service options, pricing, and subscription plans.
• Upsell and add services for existing customers when it makes sense.
• Build long-term customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system What We're Looking For Required:
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Preferred (Not Required):
• Sales or customer service experience
• CRM experience (FieldRoutes a plus)
• Pest control, lawn care, or home services background Schedule
• Full-time
• MondayFriday (7:45 AM- 4:15 PM)
• May work some Saturdays
• Sundays OFF
