E-Commerce Sales & Customer Experience Specialist Sleep EZ AZ Sleep EZ is a family-owned mattress manufacturer specializing in natural and organic latex mattresses. We are known for exceptional customer service, deep product knowledge, and a no-pressure buying experience. We are hiring a proactive, phone-driven Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This is not a passive customer service role. This is an active, customer- focused sales position in a fast-paced e-commerce environment where responsiveness and urgency matter. Training will begin at our warehouse office location, with opportunity to transition into our showroom location as you grow.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming sales and customer service calls promptly and professionally
• Respond to live chats and emails efficiently throughout the day
• Guide customers through product selection with confidence and clarity
• Educate customers on mattress construction, materials, and firmness options
• Call customers to confirm orders and ensure accuracy
• De-escalate concerns and provide thoughtful, solution-based resolutions
• Enter detailed notes and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Technical & Workflow

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and typing proficiency
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while on live calls
• Comfortable working across e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and shipping software
• Ability to document information accurately while speaking with customers
• Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and processes This role requires someone who can confidently talk, type, research, and navigate systems all at the same time. What We're Looking For
