Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

: - Conduct warm calling to existing and potential customers to build relationships and promote products or services - Assist with business development efforts by identifying new leads and opportunities - Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide exceptional customer service - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments

Qualifications

: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred - Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
