In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their jewelry needs. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, ensuring that customers feel valued and informed about our products.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry that meets their preferences and needs.
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring that displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Supervise stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about jewelry care, styles, and trends to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while fostering a positive work environment.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a jewelry or luxury goods environment.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is essential for efficient transaction processing.
• Experience in supervising staff or mentoring new associates is a plus.
