Sales Representative Inbound Call Center Sales Wholesale Warranties | Hybrid San Diego, CA Wholesale Warranties is a leading RV warranty brokerage with more than 20 years of experience helping RV owners protect their travel investments. Known for our outstanding reputation, customer-first approach, and long-tenured team, we've become a trusted name among RVers, industry partners, and major RV influencers nationwide. We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and is confident closing inbound opportunities over the phone. This is not cold calling. All leads are warm, inbound prospects who have requested information about our products and services.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM outreach
• Build rapport with customers and identify coverage needs
• Educate customers on RV warranty and protection plan options
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through close
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Stay current on products, industry trends, and sales techniques What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of phone sales or call center sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound follow-up calls
• Organized, self-motivated, and coachable
• Comfortable with technology; experience with Salesforce preferred

• Hourly pay + monthly commission + quarterly bonus opportunities
• $80,000 - $115,000 per year
