What You'll Do

- Sell auto, home, and specialty personal insurance products - Work primarily agency-provided leads from a variety of lead sources - Recommend customized insurance coverage based on each client's needs, goals, and budget - Clearly explain coverage options and help clients make informed decisions - Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, renewals, and cross- selling opportunities - Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations What We're Looking For - Active General Lines Property & Casualty License - Strong communication and customer service skills - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable - Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team - Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills
