You'll help attendees explore service options that fit their communication needs and budget, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations. Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers in a face-to-face environment, providing information on wireless services and plan offerings.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget.
• As an Event Sales Associate, clearly explain product features, pricing, and service benefits in a simple and professional manner.
• Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer questions regarding their service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Work collaboratively with the Event Sales Associate team members to support sales goals and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and providing recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism when assisting customers with questions and concerns. Pay: $950.00 - $1,350.00 per week
