Medical Sales Consultant Prime IV Hydration & Wellness , North Florida Locations: 168 State Road 312, St. Augustine, Fl / 34904 Emerald Coast Parkway, Suite 136, Destin, FL 32541 Pay: $26.00$30.00 per hour + Bonuses + Tips + Paid Training Build a Career That Improves Lives Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Medical Sales Consultant to join our growing wellness team. If you enjoy educating clients, developing referral relationships, and helping people achieve better health through cutting-edge wellness therapies, this is an exceptional opportunity. You'll work directly with physicians, nurse practitioners, medical offices, spas, fitness facilities, businesses, and individual clients while promoting premium IV Vitamin Therapy, NAD+, peptide therapies, vitamin injections, and wellness memberships. What You'll Do

- Business Development

• Build referral relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, wellness providers, medical spas, gyms, and local businesses.
• Prospect new clients through networking, community events, cold outreach, and social selling.
• Develop strategic partnerships that generate recurring referrals. Client Consultations
• Educate prospective clients on hydration therapy, vitamin therapy, peptide treatments, NAD+, and wellness memberships.
• Conduct in-spa consultations that identify wellness goals and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Convert consultations into memberships and treatment packages. Sales & Marketing
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and wellness presentations.
• Represent Prime IV at health fairs, corporate wellness events, chamber events, and community functions.
• Create and maintain relationships that generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and key performance metrics. Account Management
• Maintain accurate client records within Revive CRM and Booker POS.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximize retention.
• Analyze referral trends and identify new growth opportunities. Team Collaboration
• Work closely with nurses and leadership to ensure an outstanding client experience.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, social media content, and local promotional events.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing professional development. QualificationsRequired
• 2+ years of medical, pharmaceutical, aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Demonstrated experience with events, pop ups and conventions.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and presentation software. Preferred
• Experience with IV Therapy, functional medicine, wellness clinics, or medical spas.
• Knowledge of vitamins, micronutrients, peptide therapies, or NAD+.
• Experience with:
• Revive CRM
• Booker POS
• Canva
• Existing relationships within the local medical or wellness community.
