Job description: Join Shinnova Home and Solar, one of the Midwest's highest rated and fastest growing home improvement and solar companies! Role: The Home and Solar Appointment Setter will be performing outbound calls to provided leads that are interested in home improvements and solar energy. As the first point of contact with future clients, the candidate will ensure a professional and customer centered experience. By collecting and confirming required information, the individual will schedule appointments for our in- home consultants. The details of the Appointment Setter position are as follows:

• Full-time, incentive-based position with potential for growth
• Earn up to $28 an hour
• Additional bonus incentives and benefits are included
• The corporate office is located in Kansas City
• Hybrid position-You may work from home after your probationary period

Responsibilities

:

• Execute high volume outbound phone calls to leads interested in home improvement and solar energy (no cold calling)
• Build rapport and set appointments for in home consultations
• Ensure quality of appointments meet the standards set by the organization
• Use rebuttals to overcome objections during the appointment setting process
• Input and maintain all client communication in company database

Requirements

:

• Willing to be mentored and eager to learn
• Strong work ethic and able to work independently
• Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Organized and professional
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Prior call center and appointment setting experience preferred
• While experience is Preferred, it is not a necessity as we will train the right candidate!
