Overview

: As a Sales/Service Associate at Bert's Bikes & Fitness, you will play a critical role in creating a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service and engaging customers to promote sales. You will uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and demonstrate genuine interaction with customers to inspire their cycling journey.

Duties

: - Develop your sales and hospitality skills through training, role playing and on the job experience. - Learn about bikes, components and technology - Assemble Bicycles and perform light repairs with training to learn advanced techniques - Learn and implement our selling programs - Provide passionate customer service and engage customers to drive sales - Interact with customers to showcase passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment to cycling and fitness - Adhere to store policies and procedures - Ensure the store is well-merchandised and presents a clean appearance - Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge - When not actively taking care of customers, you will be helping to:

• Complete Daily Task List assignments
• Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to the visual merchandising standards, including product placement, price auditing and product re-stocking
• Complete weekly Cycle Counts
• Assist in any and all shop functions. Skills: - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse population - Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service - Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers simultaneously - Proficiency in basic math and computer skills - Strong dedication to completing tasks efficiently - Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus - Good time management skills

Working Conditions
