Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, ensuring customers understand the value of each model
• Negotiate deals effectively, balancing customer needs with dealership objectives
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software and manage inventory control efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone etiquette and personalized communication
• Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and achieving sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are a plus
• Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
• Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management systems to track leads and customer data accurately
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously and follow up effectively
