Automotive Sales Manager / Lead Salesperson Five-Day Workweek | Sundays and Mondays Off AutoSource Sand Springs, Oklahoma Full-Time | TuesdaySaturday | 9:00 AM6:00 PM AutoSource is hiring an experienced, motivated Automotive Sales Manager or Lead Salesperson who wants strong earning potential, better hours and more responsibility. We have served the Tulsa area since 2014 and provide a fast-paced, supportive sales environment with consistent advertising, phone leads, internet leads and customer traffic. • Training provided on our complete sales and financing process You will have two owners assisting with lead generation, appointment setting, deal structure and closing support. Your primary responsibility is to work the opportunities provided and turn them into vehicle sales. What We Expect This position is for someone who is self-motivated, competitive and driven by income. You should be comfortable:
• Following up with 2050 customers per day
• Responding quickly to phone and internet leads
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Selling one to three vehicles per day
• Demonstrating and test-driving vehicles
• Working credit applications
• Structuring financing options
• Closing deals
• Completing paperwork
• Delivering vehicles from start to finish
• Following up with unsold customers
• Asking for reviews and referrals We are not looking for someone who is satisfied earning $5,000$7,000 per month and simply waiting for customers to walk through the door. We want someone who wants to produce at a high level, maximize their income and take ownership of the sales floor. Ideal Candidate This opportunity is a strong fit for:
• Someone who has managed or helped operate a small independent dealership
• An experienced salesperson ready for more authority
• A salesperson from a large dealership who wants better hours and more time off
• A strong closer who can manage leads, financing and vehicle delivery
• Someone who works well independently without constant supervision Automotive sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience with financing, subprime customers, credit applications and independent dealerships is a major advantage. Training and Support The AutoSource training program will help you get started quickly and teach you how we work a deal from the first customer contact through financing and vehicle delivery. You will receive significant support from ownership, but you must bring the effort, follow-up, discipline and desire to make money. This position comes with high expectations, but it also provides the leads, schedule, support and opportunity needed to build a strong income.
