Full description of the position

We are looking for an experienced solar and battery sales engineer/coordinator who can process solar projects. Your job will consist of contacting incoming leads, qualifying to see if they are credit worthy, presenting the solar benefits, both lease and purchase, conducting a site visit using SiteCapture software, working with our team to produce an accurate solar/battery quote, presenting the quote to the homeowner, following up to close the sale, completing any follow up SiteCapture items, checking in with the homeowner during the installation to ensure a five star experience, following up with the client to ensure a five star experience, generating new referral leads from your happy clients. You are required to keep the CRM updated realtime, work with various quote tools, and interact with our solar manager, construction operations team and front office to ensure a smooth customer experience. This is a full time salary sales position with a base salary of twice minimum wage. Expected sales to maintain the position is 20X base salary after three months. You are paid a monthly bonus of 1% of sales if you exceed the 20X base. Working hours are flexable based on customer need.

Qualifications

: 5 years solar sales experience NABCEP Solar Sales certification is preferred Active CA Home Improvement Salesman License (HIS) Able to pass the Lightreach background check Able to pass a preemployment drug test and physical Clean driving record Superior communication skills Superior computer skills Professional demeanor
