Kansas City, MO Hulcher Services Hulcher Services is hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of outside sales professionals across railroad service lines. If you've managed field sales teams and have sold equipment, logistics, transportation, or industrial services , this is a high-impact role with strong earning potential and real authority to drive growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead from the front manage, coach, and develop a team of field sales specialist
• Drive revenue build pipeline, close deals, and expand territory market share
• Stay in the field work directly with customers and support your team on key opportunities
• Own performance set expectations, hold the team accountable, and deliver results
• Partner with operations to ensure execution and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For
• Proven sales leader (3+ years managing outside/field sales teams)
• Background in industrial services, equipment sales, logistics, transportation, construction, or related industries
• Track record of hitting revenue targets and growing territories
• Comfortable being hands-on this is not a sit-behind-the-desk role
• Strong closer who can win business and develop people
• Willing to travel up to 75%
