We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent our services inside retail locations. This is a full-time, W2 direct hire position offering a consistent schedule and strong earning potential in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Schedule: Thursday through Monday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Compensation

: Base salary plus bonuses and commission, average earnings of $1,000 per week

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers inside retail locations to promote TV and entertainment service options
• Deliver clear, professional product presentations based on customer needs
• Assist customers with new enrollments, upgrades, and service recommendations
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintain a clean, organized retail display and represent the brand with professionalism
• Track daily sales activity and performance metrics

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers in a retail setting
• Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
