The Role

• We're hiring a full-time, in-office Insurance Sales Producer to help new and existing clients protect what matters most while building a high-income career inside a fast-growing Farmers Insurance agency.
• This is not a call-center role and not commission-only.

• Coachable and motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Able to obtain Oklahoma P&C; and Life Insurance licenses
• Sales or client-facing experience is a plus (not required)

Compensation

• $30,000 base salary
• Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses
• Typical first-year earnings: $60,000$90,000+
• Top performers significantly exceed this range
