What You'll Do

as an Entry Level Wireless Representative:

• Meet with customers in person to educate them on AT&T;'s wireless products and services.
• Recommend wireless plans and devices based on each customer's needs.
• Entry Level Wireless Representatives deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers while representing the AT&T; brand professionally.
• Entry Level Wireless Representatives answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide personalized solutions.
• Stay informed on current promotions, new products, and service offerings.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a collaborative environment. What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Wireless Representative:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person throughout the day.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
