Mission Design and lead the complete enterptise engine: Demand Generation Lead Management Sales Process Conversion Handoff Continuous Improvement. Create systems that produce outcomes repeatedlynot depend on heroic effort. What You Will Own

• Build scalable lead generation systems and customer acquisition
• Improve offers, messaging, landing pages, and conversion
• Build CRM, dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting
• Standardize presentation, financing, and close process
• Install training, coaching, and accountability systems
• Drive initiatives across finish lines and document what works Success Looks Like (12 Months)
• Lead flow increases
• Conversion improves
• Rep productivity improves
