• Deliver exceptional service and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
• Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and special requests.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products to maintain quality and visual appeal.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety across your department.
• Learn and use technology to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Support teammates and help maintain smooth department operations.
• Uphold Meijer's standards for food safety, freshness, and customer care. Roles may include positions in: Deli, Bakery, Produce, Meat, Grocery, General Merchandise, Pricing, Inventory & Merchandising, Online Grocery (Curbside Pickup), and Courtesy.
