Portland Strategy Group is a sales and development firm currently expanding its sales team in Portland. We are seeking a Sales Associate to represent AT&T by providing clear, direct guidance on the latest wireless technology. In this role, the Sales Associate will lead the sales process by helping customers navigate device options and service plans. As a Sales Associate, your development will focus on the exciting side of the business: hitting sales goals and helping our customers. The Sales Associate growth centers on strengthening their sales skills, improving customer engagement, and becoming the resource customers rely on when choosing the mobile services that keep their day running smoothly.

Responsibilities

of the Sales Associate

• Educate customers directly on AT&T's wireless services, data plans, mobile devices, and connectivity options through sales interactions.
• Recommend AT&T's mobile products and mobile plans based on customer preferences, device usage habits, entertainment needs, and budget expectations.
• Create positive customer experiences by guiding customers through smartphone upgrades, plan changes, and new service enrollments with clarity.
• Strengthen customer confidence in AT&T by explaining network dependability, mobile features, and account benefits in easy-to-understand language.
• Track customer interactions, sales efforts, and follow-up opportunities to support organized daily operations and long-term satisfaction.
• Assist sales growth initiatives by consistently delivering informed recommendations, relationship-driven service, and results-focused wireless sales support. As a Sales Associate you would work closely with customers in a face to face environment full time. This includes working on sales strategies to maintain designated goals and working with AT&T products advertising services. This role is fully commission based, meaning compensation is based on performance!

Qualifications

of a Sales Associate

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Adapts quickly to evolving sales goals and wireless promotions.
• Promotes mobile accessories that enhance customer connectivity.
• Guides customers through unlimited data plan options with clarity. Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week Work Location: In person
