Job Summary

: River City Environmental is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our portable restroom rental business in the Portland metro area. This role focuses on building strong relationships with general contractors, construction companies, event planners, and property managers. We're looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in the field and wants a stable base salary with strong commission upside in an essential industry.

Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and develop new business throughout Portland and surrounding areas
• Generate and manage leads from construction, commercial, and event sectors
• Conduct job site visits and prepare accurate quotes
• Close new contracts and grow existing accounts
• Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Comfortable visiting job sites and meeting clients in person
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
