• Calling and following up with inbound + outbound leads provided by the agency
• Quoting and closing home, auto, and bundled policies
• Building relationships that generate referrals and renewals
• Tracking activity and hitting daily performance targets
• Improving your skills through daily coaching and feedback

Compensation

• Base + uncapped commission
• Most producers earn $55K$85K first year
• Top performers earn $100K+

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred but not required
