Aftermarket Accessories Sales Coordinator Automotive Dealership Location: San Antonio, TX Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Aftermarket Accessories Sales Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will have experience with aftermarket truck, automotive, commercial truck, and fleet accessories and a passion for helping customers enhance their vehicles. Examples of products include:

• Gooseneck hitches
• Trailer hitches
• Lift/Level Kits
• Ranch Hand Bumpers
• Tool Boxes
• Window tint
• Van shelving and storage systems
• Commercial vehicle accessories
• Truck appearance and performance upgrades The Accessories Sales Coordinator will work closely with customers purchasing vehicles from both the new and used vehicle departments while driving accessory sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell automotive and truck accessories to dealership customers.
• Assist customers in selecting accessories that best fit their needs and budget.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and installation.
• Explain product features, performance benefits, and available options.
• Recommend alternative products when requested items are unavailable.
• Stay current on new aftermarket products, technology, and industry trends.
• Maintain organized and attractive accessory displays and inventory areas.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Perform follow-up communication with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Process orders, maintain accurate records, and support daily department operations.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Must meet company employment requirements, including successful completion of any required background screening. Preferred
• Experience in automotive, truck, fleet, commercial vehicle, or aftermarket accessories sales.
• Familiarity with dealership software systems.
• Knowledge of vehicle customization, towing products, commercial upfitting, or fleet accessories.
