What You'll Do

As part of the Sami family , your job is to make every guest feel comfortable, celebrated, and excited about their jewelry experience. You'll be a romantic advisor, helping customers remember special occasions and choose pieces that bring their jewelry dreams to life! What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who's not just looking for a job but a long- term career in the jewelry world. The perfect candidate is loyal, dependable, positive, and passionate about jewelry. You should also know Sami's is not your typical jewelry store! We're a very busy , high-energy store with a fun, upbeat, and sometimes loud environment. There's never a dull moment here, and our team stays active and engaged all day long this isn't a sit-behind-the-counter kind of job!

Requirements

:

• Preferably 3+ years of retail sales experience jewelry industry experience is a big plus!
• Confidence in your selling abilities selling with love, not discount!
• A customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented with experience maintaining a client book
• Team player who knows when to assist or step in on a sale
• Energetic, upbeat, and willing to learn about our amazing gemstones and designs
• Available to work Saturdays our busiest and most exciting day!
• Must LOVE jewelry and gemstones!

• Hourly base pay + sales commission

• Second-generation, family-owned business Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $14.50 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 45 per week
