• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
• Follow up with leads through outbound sales calls and maintain ongoing communication.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans.
• Maintain an organized sales environment, keeping track of inventory and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Uphold dealership policies and procedures while adhering to ethical sales practices. Skills
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a dealership or automotive environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette for outbound sales communications.
• Ability to apply retail math in financial discussions with customers.

• Knowledge of automotive sales processes and industry trends is a plus.
