Part-Time Sales Associate San Diego, CA (Multiple locations University Ave, North County, El Cajon)

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and deliver personalized, high-energy service
• Read customers, build rapport, and close sales naturally
• Process transactions, manage fitting rooms, and maintain store standards
• Stay knowledgeable on new drops, brands, and local gear
• Help hit daily sales goals as a team
• Support with restocking and visual merchandising What We're Looking For
• Strong sales instincts and outgoing personality
• Passion for streetwear, fashion, or sports apparel preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and be proactive
• Evening and weekend availability is required
• Retail experience is a plus we value attitude and energy more
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What You Get
• Competitive hourly pay: $18$25 upon experience
• Flexible part-time hours (1525 per week)
