Duties

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management to expand our customer base.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase roofing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships by providing expert advice, ongoing support, and personalized service.
• Manage sales pipelines using CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation efforts.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory developments to optimize sales performance. Experience
• Proven management experience in sales or business development role.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, territory management, or inside sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Strong background in technical sales or product demos within the roofing or construction industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or other sales management tools for lead tracking and customer relationship building.
• Experience in negotiation, deal closing, and upselling techniques that foster long-term client relationships.
• Business development experience combined with marketing knowledge enhances your ability to identify opportunities and grow accounts.
• Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and customer service within remote or field-based sales environments.
