Insurance Office Manager Kona (Allstate Agency) Nakoa Kai Insurance Professionals Kailua-Kona, HI $90,000$135,000 (base + performance bonus) Full-time | In-office Lead a team. Run the office. The Role We're looking for a steady, people-focused Office Manager to lead our established Allstate Insurance Agency in Kona. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the day-to-day operations, coaching a team, and creating consistency not someone who needs micromanagement or thrives on chaos. What you'll be responsible for

• Leading and coaching a team of licensed sales and service professionals
• Setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable
• Overseeing office sales performance, retention, and customer experience
• Managing scheduling, workflows, evaluations, and compliance
• Handling customer escalations with professionalism and care
• Creating a positive, structured, and calm office environment
• Partnering with ownership on goals, strategy, and growth What success looks like in this role
