Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Car Sales Professional to join our dynamic automotive sales team at Audi Salt Lake City. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences by showcasing our premium vehicle inventory, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the sales process with confidence and professionalism. You will appreciate our aggressive pay plan with great manager support.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features that meet customer preferences and needs.
• Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, maintaining detailed records using CRM software to track leads and follow-ups.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, text, email, or in person with professionalism and clarity.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position. Experience
• At least two years proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments, preferably within an Audi dealership setting.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle inventory management and inventory control processes accurately.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing. Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment. Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
